Whole-Home Transformation

Full Refurbishments in Greater London

From tired to timeless — whole-house renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and structural alterations that bring period homes beautifully up to date.

One Team, Every Trade

A renovation without the chaos.

A full refurbishment is the most complex project a home can go through — electrics, plumbing, plastering, joinery, decoration, often structural work too. Run badly, it means months of missed deadlines and trades blaming each other.

We run every refurbishment with one project lead and AI-assisted management: every trade scheduled, every decision logged, every cost tracked. You see exactly where your project stands at all times — and the finish date actually means something.

Whether it's a full Victorian terrace renovation or a new kitchen and bathroom, you get the same promise: speed, quality and value, with no surprises.

Refurbishment work we take on

Full House Refurbishment

Every room, every system — rewiring, replumbing, replastering and redesigning your whole home in one coordinated project.

Kitchens

The room that sells houses and shapes family life — designed, supplied and installed with the surrounding space in mind.

Bathrooms

Hotel-quality bathrooms and en-suites — waterproofed properly, tiled beautifully, finished to last.

Structural Alterations

Removing walls, opening up floorplans, steelwork and knock-throughs — engineered, approved and built safely.

Period Property Renovation

Victorian and Edwardian homes updated with respect — keeping the character, fixing the fabric, modernising everything behind it.

External Works

Render, brickwork, roofing, windows and driveways — the finishing touches that lift the whole property.

Good To Know

Refurbishment questions, answered honestly.

Do we need to move out during a full refurbishment?

For a whole-house refurbishment with rewiring and replumbing, moving out for the core weeks is usually faster and cheaper overall — we'll tell you honestly at the consultation. For kitchens, bathrooms and partial renovations, most clients stay at home.

How long does a full refurbishment take?

A full 3-bed house refurbishment typically takes 3–5 months on site depending on structural work. Kitchens and bathrooms run 2–4 weeks each. You get a clear schedule up front and weekly AI-powered updates against it.

Can you work on listed or period properties?

Yes — period homes are a large part of our work. Where listed building consent or conservation area rules apply, we handle the approvals as part of the project.

What if we find problems once work starts?

Older homes hide surprises — we survey thoroughly up front to minimise them, and anything found is documented with photos, options and costs before we touch it. You decide; nothing is done and billed without your sign-off.
